The Hotel Elisa is a new three storey hotel on Mulinuu Peninsula with lovely views across the harbour to downtown Apia. The city centre is just over a five minute walk. Rooms are spacious, all with air conditioning, TV and private balcony and are located on three floors, the top floors having the best city and mountain views. There's a 24-hr reception, restaurant and bar.
